Enjoy the Filipino Desserts like Halo Halo

The food in the philippines is great and there are so many different flavors and options to choose from. Of course the popular items like pancit and letchon baboy should be on any ones travel menu when going to the Philippines, but so should enjoying a halo halo dessert. Halo Halo is made with fruits, ice cream, ice and other delicious items all mixed in a giant glass with a long spoon. The dessert is a tasty Filipino treat and quite refreshing after a meal. The halo halo is often different from location to location based on the exact ingredients that are used in the recipe to make halo halo, however that just makes it more fun cause as you travel to new places you can try and compare their halo halo to others you've tried.

So make sure you enjoy your dessert after your meals when you are in the Philippines and have a slice of mango float or grab a halo halo and mix away and enjoy a cool flavor full treat of halo halo goodness.
